Product Changes

Limited Warranty
SBVTools provides a lifetime warranty for all hand tools against defects in material and workmanship for the duration of the product’s life. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. However, please note that all battery-operated hand tools have a 2-year limited warranty. No warranty will apply in the event of dropping, scratches, or signs of misuse.
Under this warranty, SBVTools will, at its discretion, repair or replace any hand tool found to be defective due to manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or damage caused by improper maintenance or accidents. Consumable parts such as bits are not covered by the lifetime warranty. Rust on bits or any part of hand tools is also not covered by the lifetime warranty.
Please note that sales items, sponsored items, free gifts, nylon bags, or pouches are not covered by this warranty.
To claim warranty service, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase and return the defective hand tool to SBVTools at their cost. Upon inspection and verification of the defect, SBVTools will repair or replace the hand tool free of charge, excluding shipping and any other related costs.
SBVTools reserves the right to determine the applicability of this warranty on a case-by-case basis.

This LIMITED WARRANTY does not extend to a product manufactured by SBVTools that, in SBV Tools’ judgment, was improperly used, altered, abused, or repaired by others. Products not manufactured by SBVTools are not warranted by SBVTools.
