First, check whether your motorcycle uses metric or SAE (inch) tools.

For a metric motorcycle, our Base Set 52501 provides the standard tools. The next step is to check the tool types and sizes needed for the front and rear axles or wheel bolts. These determine which motorcycle-specific set you need.

Our motorcycle-specific sets combine the Basic Set 52501 with an add-on pouch containing the tools for your motorcycle’s brand and model. The two sections attach with Velcro and two heavy-duty clips, so you can keep them together as one compact tool roll.

The exception is our Harley-Davidson Set 52507, which has its own selection of SAE (inch) and metric tools.

A Tool Set contains the hand tools selected for your motorcycle. A Pro Pack includes the same Tool Set plus our compact Digital Torque Adapter.

Correct tightening torque matters. Always follow the Nm settings in your motorcycle’s service manual and the fitting instructions supplied with accessories.

The adapter has a 1 to 205 Nm measuring range, 10 presets and an individual calibration certificate. Its specified accuracy is ±2% clockwise and counterclockwise. You can also use it to check your existing torque wrenches.

Many customers add the adapter later. Choosing a Pro Pack from the start gives you our bundle price and avoids a separate delivery charge for buying the adapter later.

No problem. Our modular sets make it easy to adapt. When you change to another metric motorcycle, you can keep your Basic Set 52501 and add the motorcycle-specific tools needed for your new bike. These are mainly the tools for the front and rear axles or wheel bolts.

You can buy the tools individually from our spare parts range, or purchase the matching add-on separately.

Our tool sets combine high-quality hand tools with a compact, lightweight design and tools selected for specific motorcycle brands and models. Versatile tools and adapters let you use different combinations to reach difficult areas.

They’re made for maintenance in the garage, jobs at home and repairs on the trail. You can use the same set for everyday work and take it with you when you ride.

Each adapter is individually tested and calibrated before shipment and comes with its own calibration certificate.

Under normal use and care, we expect it to remain reliable for well over 5,000 tightening cycles. For occasional motorcycle maintenance, recalibration is usually unnecessary for many years. Heavy use, overloading or damage can affect accuracy.

If you want to check an older unit, comparing it with a new, certified adapter connected in series can be a practical, economical alternative to paying for recalibration and waiting for the tool to return. This checks whether the readings agree; it does not provide a new calibration certificate.

Professional users should follow their workplace’s calibration requirements. If you need a certified recalibration or suspect a problem, contact us for advice.

The adapter uses a replaceable CR2032 battery, with a specified life of about 50 operating hours. It automatically enters sleep mode after three minutes of inactivity.

With occasional motorcycle maintenance, a battery can last for years. Its life depends on how often you use the tool and how it is stored. Replace it when the low-battery indicator appears, following the user manual.

Yes. Eligible SBVTools hand tools have a lifetime commercial warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the product’s life. It applies to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

Battery-operated tools, including the digital torque adapter, have a two-year limited warranty.

Exclusions include normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, rust, consumables such as bits, sale items, sponsored items and free gifts. Accessories and products made by other manufacturers are also excluded.
