Between 1 to 8 business days. During the holiday season, please note that delivery services are busier than usual. Packages may take longer to arrive. Track your order via the link sent by email.

DHL Express is our primary method of shipping for orders below 25 kgs.

Shipping choice and cost will be showed at the check out.

We ship worldwide.

​Charges are based on the weight of the products shipped. As you complete your checkout, a shipping charge will be displayed. This applies to most products which weigh less than 150 pounds. Some shippable items may require Special handling due to their size. Prices may vary by location and are based on the number of trips made to your location.

SBVTools ships all items together if total weight is below 25 to 30kgs.

​An order from SBVTools.com that is shipped in error or defective will be corrected upon notification by the customer.

• SBV Tool will pay for the shipping cost.

• A Material Return Authorization(MRA) is required.

• Upon receipt of the item, the customer’s credit card will be credited or the correct product will be shipped.

• If you no longer have a Distributor or Franchisee to service the product,  contact Customer Service at Call us: +32 2 741 24 41 for a Material Returns Authorization.

Shipping time is the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it takes a product to reach you from the date it is shipped. DHL Ground will arrive in 1-5 business days, depending on your distance.

DHL EXPRESS is our primary method of shipping for items and orders under 150lbs.and customers can choose Ground or 3-Day Select Shipping.

For items or orders over 150lbs, we use a common carrier and deliver as curb service. A person over the age of 18 must sign for these shipments.
