We prefer DHL Express, which offers fast delivery service worldwide. Prices are calculated based on the weight of the order and will be displayed at checkout. We deliver under Incoterm DDU. DHL Express will contact you for import fees and taxes if the shipment is outside of Europe. The fees are reasonable, as we cover a large part of the shipping costs.
SBVTools ships all items together if total weight is below 25 to 30kgs.
The delivery time corresponds to the number of business days (Monday to Friday) required for a product to reach you after the shipping date. With DHL Express, it typically takes between 1 and 7 business days, depending on your distance from our warehouse located in Belgium, unless there are customs inspections, delays in payment of customs fees for shipments outside Europe, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We use DHL Express because we have always received excellent service and fast delivery worldwide. Additionally, their customer service is responsive when needed.
