When you shop with us these terms apply. They’re important for both of us as they set out what we expect from each other, and they also give you helpful info. Of course, if you need anything else, get in touch with us at our contact page – we always love to hear from you!

We keep these terms updated and we amend them every so often, so remember to check back in before you shop, as the latest version will apply.

We have the right to amend, remove or vary our services and/or any part of the Website (including our Terms and Conditions) at any time.

Belgian rights: These terms and our dealings with you are subject to Belgian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Brussels courts.

Any agreement concluded by and or SBV International Ltd is subject to Belgian law. In the event of disputes, only the courts in the jurisdiction of Brussels are competent.

Data Protection

SBV International Ltd reserves the right to retain each order data, as well as the contact details of the customer, to assure the correct execution of the order including sharing them with the trading partners involved in the management of the payment (ex: Paypal), and also in the execution of order and/or in the shipping of the article (ex: DHL).

The storage and processing of data will take place in accordance with the “Privacy Policy” contents of SBV International Ltd . Notwithstanding the foregoing, any use of the customer’s personal data will be subject to the provisions contained in the “Privacy Policy”.

When you place an order, you should receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We then carry out a standard pre-authorisation check to make sure there’s enough money on the card.

We only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card (and then the contract is made based on these terms).

For direct bank transfer deposits we only accept your order once payment has been received in full.

You can’t change your order.If need be you may be able to cancel your order within a short period of ordering – timings depend on your chosen delivery method (and/or return original item(s)), and re-order.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Don’t worry, if there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you.

Very occasionally, we may need to refuse or cancel an order or close or freeze an account (even if we have previously confirmed your order) – e.g. if we notice something unusual on an order or an account. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please don’t take offence – get in touch with us and we will be happy to speak to you about it.

There’s a lot going on here at and from time to time we may price up or describe a product or promo wrongly. If we discover an error for any goods you’ve ordered, we will tell you ASAP and give you the option of reconfirming your order (at the correct price) or cancelling it.

Prices include VAT (where applicable).

Depending on the value of your order or the delivery option or address you choose, delivery costs may also be charged. Such additional charges will be clearly shown during the checkout process and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Before you finalize your order, you’ll be given various delivery options to choose from.

We put in our best efforts to try to meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays – e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather. We will keep you updated as much as we can and help you track your parcel’s progress.

Sometimes something just doesn’t work for you and you want your money back. Don’t worry, as long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below.

If you return an item requesting a refund within 28 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we’ll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method.

If you return an item requesting a refund within 29 and 45 days of the item being delivered to you or available for collection, we’ll give you an ASOS gift voucher for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If you request a refund for an item during the above time frames but you can’t return it to us for some reason, please get in touch – but any refund will be at our discretion.

After that?

We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

From time to time, we may give you Promo Codes that you can use to reduce the price of specified products or apply discounts on the cart totals. Remember, it’s up to you to enter the code at checkout!

Each Promo Code has its own terms, which will be made clear at the time it’s issued to you (e.g. what products, single/multiple use, when it can be used etc).

If you’re given a unique Promo Code that is meant just for you please keep it secret and don’t let anyone else use it or abuse it (e.g. don’t post it on social media). If we think there is or has been misuse of a Promo Code in any way (e.g. selling it or sharing it with others), we can cancel your Promo Code and/or suspend or even close your account without telling you.

We don’t like to do this, but if a Promo Code can’t run properly because someone or something is spoiling the fun for everyone – e.g. fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control that affects the running or fairness of the Promo Code – we can cancel, modify or suspend the Promo Code.

Our Privacy Policy sets out how we’ll use your information. If your details change, remember that you need to update My Account so we can continue giving you our best service (you can also update your marketing preferences there).

At SBVTools, we love being able to interact with and chat to you through social media. However, we can’t control those social media platforms or how you set your profiles on them. Please check and set your privacy settings so that you understand and are comfortable with how your personal information on those platforms will be used.

SBVTools owns or has permission to use the intellectual property rights in its Website and its content. These rights are protected around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You’re allowed to store, print and display our Website content only for your own personal use. You are not allowed to use any part of the Website for commercial purposes unless you have our express permission.

You’re also not allowed to use the SBVTools logo or any SBVTools brand or trade mark without our express permission.

It’s fine for you to link to as long as you do so in a way that is not-commercial, is fair and legal, and doesn’t damage or take advantage of our reputation.

Please don’t link in a way that suggests any form of approval or endorsement by SBVTools where none exists.

Our Website must not be framed on any other site without our permission.

Have we reached out to you on social media to feature your content on our social media channels? Congrats! It means we love your style.

By giving you the opportunity to feature your content on our social media channels and by responding with the required hashtag (such as #yesSBVTools) you agree:

  • We can use your handle and the content (the “Content”) on and/or on any of SBVTools social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Twitter).we can edit, crop, adapt, enhance or modify the Content (but SBVTools will not treat you in a derogatory manner).

You promise that you:

  • have the permission of everyone in the Content;
  • have the right to grant ASOS the above rights
  • are at least 16.

If you (or anyone in the Content) asks us to remove the Content, we will remove the Content from the social media accounts that we control.

You understand that other users of these social media platforms can also share and make use of the Content once posted.  In particular, a user of these platforms can take a screenshot of and save an image of the Content to their device, share the Content on social media platforms or websites which feature the Content (and sharing capabilities). If you do not want to grant the permissions set out above then please do not give us consent to use the Content.

Warranty Detail

Purchases made from and from distributors of SBV Tools products are covered under various warranty periods.

SBVTools warranties products through our distributor network.

If you currently are not serviced by a distributor, and have purchased items directly from our website they can be returned for warranty directly to SBVTools. Get in contact with us and we will let you know where to send them.

We expect you to immediately notify us of any defect and afford SBVTools a reasonable opportunity to confirm, should we choose to do so. No goods may be returned without our written consent. We will advise you of terms and disposition of the product along with a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  A 20% restocking fee may be assessed on any returned goods.

All Returns should include:

  1. A list of the tools that you are returning. (Use item numbers or a description of the tool.)
  2. Your Name, Address, and Phone Number.

**Please keep your tracking number for future reference and you may consider insuring your package in the event of damage or theft

SBVTools reserves the right to make changes in design, appearance and construction of any and all products listed herein without incurring any obligation in making such changes in products previously sold or transferred, or to replace any previously sold or transferred product with the updated product.

SBVTools also reserves the right to discontinue the availability of any products at any time, at SBVTools’ sole discretion.

For products purchased on that were shipped to you in error or defective, SBVTools will ship the correct product or replace the defective product up to 30 days of receiving the order.

  • A Material Return Authorization(MRA) is required to return items
  • We will send you a return shipping address
  • Upon receipt, credit will be applied to the original credit card
SBVTools warrants any of its manufactured products for the expected life of the product against deficiency in material or workmanship.
This LIMITED WARRANTY does not extend to a product manufactured by SBVTools that in SBV Tools’ judgment was improperly used, altered, abused, or repaired by others. Products not manufactured by SBVTools are not warranted by SBVTools.
There is no warranty that extends beyond those described herein. SBVTools makes no representations of any other kind, express or implied, regarding products manufactured or distributed, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other matter. SBVTools is not liable for incidental or consequential costs or losses incurred by the product purchaser or user.
Agents of SBVTools have no authority to make representations of any sort beyond those contained herein.
The product price is in consideration of limiting SBVTools liability for products manufactured or distributed.

Shipping & Taxes

The cost of shipping your order is automatically calculated at the checkout after you select the country of destination. The parameters that are taken into account by our algorithm when calculating the shipping costs are the total weight (actual and dimensional weight) of the products and the destination country.

Many couriers request a surcharge for shipping to remote areas. If you live in a remote area contact us before making a purchase. Our logistics team will offer you the best and most affordable shipping solution.

Express couriers

SBVTools works with the best couriers to offer worldwide shipments.
For international orders, your products will be shipped with DHL Express.
For Europe orders, your order will be shipped POST NL, GLS, or DHL.
All orders are shipped with the documentation required by the destination country (e.g. commercial invoices, packing list )

We try our best to offer the fastest shipment service possible: your order will be dispatched in maximum 2 working days, while delivery timing will vary according to the courier, the destination country and customs clearance.

If some of the products you ordered are out of stock, they might be sent in separate shipments.

Orders shipped within the EU are subject to Belgium VAT fee (21%), which is included in the final price and is calculated as you check out. This is the selling price you will pay if you don’t insert a valid VIES VAT number in your delivery address

If you register with a valid UE VAT number before completing your order, you will not be subjected to such fees, so you will pay a VAT excluded price and you will receive the payment invoice.

All international (Extra EU) orders are not subject to Belgium VAT but they may be subject to local (destination country) applicable customs, import duties, brokerage fees and taxes according to your country tax law.

In this case, all duties are customer’s responsibility and they will be collected at the time of delivery: the customer will have to pay them directly to the courier. We do not collect or calculate these fees, so please consider this tax cost when placing your order on our website.

Our warehouse always prepares and packages orders with extra care to make sure that the products you order will not be damaged during transportation. We also choose to work with the best international couriers because we want your goods to travel safely to your destination.

Always check the integrity of the package you receive before signing the delivery document. If the package seems to be damaged, sign the delivery document with reservations. SBVTools is not responsible for any damage occurred during transportation.
