I’m in Dallas, Texas & just received my order, including this tool set, from SBV and I’m extremely happy with the high quality and craftsmanship of each and every individual hand tool (I ordered 31 individual pieces not counting the torque and socket sets)!
Although there was a slight delay with customs (due to my only using the first initial of ‘F’ for my first name on the order), as soon as DHL emailed me mentioning the hold I notified the folks at SBV and they did not hesitate to promptly rectify the situation!
