Using the Hex Axle Tool :
When using the tool please make sure that you do not apply a pressure over 120 Nm/90 ft-lbs to prevent risk of damaging your front fork or axle.
It’s like a fuse to prevent damage caused by forgetting to unscrew the Front Axle Locating Pin or Pin Bolts.
Your front axle torque usually doesn’t exceed 60 Nm. Check with your motorcycle dealer or in the maintenance book.
🔩For safety, we strongly recommend using our Digital Torque Adapter with this tool set.
This all-in-one 3/8″ Digital Torque Adapter (1-205 Nm/0.74-151 ft-lbs.) covers all torque settings required for your motorcycle. Each unit includes an individual Certificate of Calibration to guarantee accuracy. Regular torque checks are important – especially for front and rear axle nuts, brake calipers, handlebar, spark plugs, oil drain plug and accessories like crash bars, luggage racks and engine protection covers.
Have an easy ride!
